When there is so much you have to do but all you want to do is take a break? Then take a break and allow for things to percolate as you give yourself space to contemplate what you really believe, feel, and what is true and real for you.
When we stop and take a break from our day-to-day routines, we create an opportunity to reconnect with the parts of ourselves that we may have unintentionally neglected or intentionally avoided by overdoing.
When we shut off autopilot mode and let ourselves just be; be with ourselves, our thoughts, our feelings, which can serve as directional cues that our internal compass will use to guide us back to a heart-centered and aligned place. This is what can happen when we allow ourselves to take a break.
