Releasing, Allowing, and Transforming is not something that comes naturally to some, myself included. It takes courage, bravery, and strength to apply these practices. With so much happening in the world around us, each day can feel like we are fighting an uphill battle. In order to move forward, we have to find ways to release, allow, and transform- but how do we do that?
The first step in allowing yourself to do this is to get out of your own way. Oftentimes, without realizing it, we are blocking ourselves from fully experiencing transformation by holding on too tight or not allowing things to happen naturally. But in order to fully receive, we need to release, allow, and trust the process. In the words of The Beatles, Let it Be.
Today, I not only wanted to check in with you but I also wanted to share with you two tips to help you release, allow, and transform.
These tips are:
- Movement is so powerful when it comes to releasing. Whether it be dancing, walking, running, etc., use movement as a way to let your body physically release, allow, and transform.
- Music is one of my all-time favorites because it is such a great way to communicate everything you are thinking and feeling without having to say a word.
- Write it down
- This can be done by journaling or by writing a letter that you will be tearing up once completed. Use this technique to help you release everything you are holding on too tight to and allow yourself to accept the transformation.
What can you release today?
