With so much going on externally what is something you can do to nurture yourself internally?
No matter what is happening on the outside, we always have the choice to begin to nourish ourselves from the inside out. Have you checked in with yourself lately? If not, take a moment to do just this. Let’s not allow the business and chaotic nature of the season, of our lives, of our circumstances to stop us from taking care of ourselves. Remember, if we don’t take care of ourselves, who else will!

As you take a few moments to check in I encourage you to ask yourself…
- How do I really feel?
- What do I need?
- How can I help myself?
- Who can help and support me?

Remember that the Holidays are not only about giving, they are also about receiving. While you are busy giving, please don’t forget the importance of receiving. How can you lean in to receiving from yourself and others and create a stress-less environment? One place to start is…
- Take time to prioritize YOU!
- Allow yourself to receive support by taking care of you and letting others do so too.
- Set boundaries.
- Take time for yourself (even if it is a few minutes daily).
- Move your body and eat foods that feed your soul.

We need to prioritize taking care of ourselves and do something that will nourish us. This is important always and especially during the hectic Holiday Season. How can you begin? What will you do today to say YES! to prioritizing wonderful YOU?
