Feeling the NOs

Are you feeling the NOs lately?

While finding your YES! is essential and empowering, it is also very important that we feel the NOs as well. I have found that allowing myself to feel my NOs helps me to find my YES! If you are feeling your NOs, here are some tips to help you to feel them so you can deal with them:

  • Acknowledge the NO
    • In situations where you are feeling off and not quite yourself, it is important to recognize what it is that is bothering you.
  • Reach out for support
    • For me, my support squad is vital in helping me work through the NOs. Reaching out for and receiving support can help you to feel seen, heard, and supported.
  • Let yourself express your emotions
    • Instead of holding in your emotions and letting them bottle up, express them. Crying, venting, yelling, and eventually laughing can all be helpful ways to release your emotions and ignite your inner fighting spirit to motivate you to look for and Find Your YES!
